Samsung Galaxy S4 Price | Samsung Galaxy S 4 Will Cost More Than iPhone on AT&T

Samsung’s new Galaxy smartphone is expected to pose a serious challenge to Apple’s iPhone. But shoppers may be turned off by the Galaxy’s higher price tag.
AT&T on Thursday said that customers can order the Galaxy S 4 on April 16 for $250. That is $50 more than the cheapest iPhone 5 on a contract. Generally, the price tag is the most important factor when consumers consider purchasing electronics, so the $50 difference between the starting prices of the two phones may steer AT&T customers toward the iPhone.

It is unclear why the Galaxy S 4 costs more than an iPhone. Samsung’s last flagship phone, the Galaxy S III, matched the iPhone’s price. Jan Dawson, a telecom analyst at Ovum, pointed out that according to estimates by IHS iSuppli, a components research firm, the parts for the Galaxy S 4 cost more than the iPhone 5’s. The S 4’s bigger screen, new processor and new sensors are adding to its cost, according to iSuppli.
AT&T and Samsung did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
The iPhone 5 was the best-selling smartphone model over the holiday season, but Samsung, which sells multiple models of smartphones, is the biggest seller of smartphones in the world over all. Analysts have said the Galaxy S 4, which will be available on all four major American carriers, presents a major challenge to the iPhone, especially overseas. But they agree that the iPhone is likely to retain the No. 1 spot in the United States this year.

Apple iPhone News | T-Mobile hand shake with Apple iPhone | Apple iPhone Landing on T-Mobile April 12 for $99 Down | T-Mobile Adds iPhone, Announces Contract-Less Data Plan

For years T-Mobile has been the odd man out when it comes to offering the iPhone in the U.S. Not anymore: Today T-Mobile, billing itself as the “Uncarrier,” announced it would begin selling the iPhone 5 on its just-launched 4G LTE network beginning April 12.
T-Mobile is selling the iPhone starting at $99 up front, no contract, followed by 20 months of $20 payments on top of monthly pre-paid data plans. This is a sharp contrast to AT&T, Verizon, and Sprint, which all require two-year contracts after you purchase a subsidized iPhone. You can also purchase the iPhone at full price on T-Mobile and nix the $20 monthly fees.
In addition to the iPhone 5, T-Mobile will begin selling a number of other big-name 4G devices: the Samsung Galaxy S4, BlackBerry Z10, Samsung Galaxy Note II and HTC One. T-Mobile will also begin selling its own wireless hotspot, the Sonic 2.0 Mobile HotSpot LTE.
T-Mobile’s 4G LTE network will debut in seven major markets: Baltimore, Houston, Kansas City, Las Vegas, Phoenix, San Jose, and Washington, D.C. It will cover 100 million Americans by mid-year, and double that by the end of 2013.
T-Mobile’s announcement wasn’t entirely unexpected. Deutsche Telekom, T-Mobile’s parent company, confirmed in December that T-Mobile would begin selling Apple products in 2013. The carrier also announced that it would launch its 4G LTE network this year. And a report Monday indicated that the iPhone would play a prominent role in today’s “Uncarrier” event.
The iPhone originally launched as an exclusive with AT&T in 2007. Verizon began selling the iPhone 4 in January 2011, and Sprint began selling the iPhone with the launch of the 4S in uphill battle to retain subscribers. The carrier hopes that its “different” approach to selling Apple’s flagship handset — that is, with no contract and no subsidy, with customers merely making a small initial payment paired with charges on top of their monthly service plan.
Is it too little too late? Time will tell, but with each new iPhone that’s announced, it anecdotally seems that more and more are defecting from AT&T to Verizon and Sprint. Now T-Mobile can get a piece of that action, too.

T-Mobile’s new iPhone 5 – which is launching on the “uncarrier’s” network on April 12th – is the same model of the iPhone 5 that AT&T customers currently enjoy, except that it will be newer and feature AWS (or Advanced Wireless Services), a newer set of frequencies that T-Mobile is using for its LTE network.
T-Mobile’s version will have the same A1428 model number that AT&T offers, however, starting with the launch of T-Mo’s new contractless data and voice plans, the A1428 will be a new, tweaked version to allow it to run on AWS. AT&T’s A1428 doesn’t have AWS enabled, so even though the device will have the same model number as the current GSM for North America iPhone 5, it will by a physically different phone, at least internally.
Apple representatives confirmed to Engadget that enabling AWS is done at the hardware level and is not something that can be attained via a software patch or download. It also confirmed that all A1428s going forth would have AWS enabled, including those for AT&T, though if AT&T doesn’t enable it on its own network then its customers wouldn’t see any benefits from the change.
Interestingly, Apple also confirmed that the $99 T-Mobile iPhone 5 will ship totally locked until fully paid for, meaning a user could then easily swap an AT&T LTE-compatible SIM (or one from any other GSM provider) into the phone and still get LTE speeds, making it an attractive option for those who travel globally or have multiple accounts.

What's New In iphone Operating System 6 | iOS vs. Android Market Share 2013: Google Mobile Platform Dominating Apple Worldwide in March Figures

The month of March is not over, but statistics show the Android mobile operating system is trouncing Apple worldwide.
According to StatCounter Global Stats, Google's mobile platform has reached double figures ahead of Apple's iOS for March 2013.
With 37.16 percent, Android is topping the mobile operating system market share. The early March numbers do show an increase in usage compared to February, which accounted for 36.9 percent of the market share.

Apple's iOS saw a slight decrease in the mobile market share from 27.21 percent in February to 27.2 percent this month.
According to StatCounter's maps, the Android platform is widely used in China, Mexico, Russia, across South America, the Middle East, and most of Eastern Europe. Usage of Apple's mobile operating system is popular in Australia, Canada, France, Japan, New Zealand, United Kingdom, and the United States.

In the U.S., the tables are turned in Apple's favor. The iOS market share reached 52.44 percent this month while Android accounted for 40.05 percent. Series 40, BlackBerry OS, and Windows Phone rounded the top five, respectively with less than two percent.
The Android market share in the U.S. is not breaking news for companies such as Samsung. Samsung Electronics Co. CEO J.K. Shin told the Wall Street Journal about his company's position in the country.
"Innovation is what will get consumers to buy new devices. I don't dwell on market share numbers, but I'm not satisfied with our market share in the U.S," said Shin.
The Samsung CEO, however, still considers the South Korean-based organization as a "global player" in both the smartphone market and as a global company. In ios Tech giant Apple has added a new level of security to iCloud and for Apple ID users. The new two-step-verification will require users to verify their identity when they sign into account from a new device.

Verification will be done using another one of users' devices, such as iPhone, Mashable reports.

For example, if you buy a new computer and sign into iCloud on it, Apple will send a numerical code to your iPhone to verify that it is in fact you trying to access your account.

The extra level of security makes it more difficult for hackers to gain access to your account, the report said. If your password falls into the wrong hands, the new system is a roadblock preventing that person from signing in and accessing your data, it added.

10 BlackBerry 10 Tips for the New Z10

The Z10 has landed in the United States and with it comes BlackBerry’s brand new mobile platform, BlackBerry 10. Now how does this thing work?
If you picked up the latest and greatest from the smartphone maker of the north, it may take a little while to figure out all the features hidden in the OS’s nooks and crannies. We dug up 10 helpful tips to get you started on your way to BlackBerry nirvana. Or at least get your Nirvana singles on your phone.

Take a Screenshot

Press the top and bottom volume buttons at the same time. Photos will be in the Pictures app in the Camera roll.

Stop a Phantom Video From Playing

If you load a video or a web page with a video, it will continue to play long after you’ve moved on to another app. To stop the video, tap the button between the volume control buttons. If you press the volume buttons, a controller will appear on screen and you can stop, forward and reverse the video that you can’t actually see, but you can hear. Weird.

Turn on Adobe Flash

Why would you want to do this? Sometimes you need Flash. In the browser, go to Settings>Display and Actions and flip the toggle for Adobe Flash to on. Good luck with that.

Get Media on Your Z10

BlackBerry has BlackBerry World with all its songs, movies and apps. But that doesn’t mean you have to start buying your music from yet another music store — you can actually add your music to your new smartphone with the BlackBerry Link app. You can download it here.
The BlackBerry Link app isn’t without its bugs (it shot my MacBook Air’s CPU to the roof by just being on), but once you get it set up and drag your songs, videos, photos and docs to your new phone, you’re good to go.

Skip a Song With the Volume Button

In addition to adjusting the loudness of your tunes, the physical volume buttons can be used to skip tracks. To enable track-skipping, head to Settings>System Volume and turn on Music Shortcuts. Volume levels are controlled by tapping on the volume buttons; to skip forward or back in a playlist, hold down the up or down volume button.

Change Your Search Engine

BlackBerry 10 ships with Bing as the default search engine. If you’re a fan of Google or Yahoo, you can swap it out. Initiate a search in the URL field at the bottom of the browser app. When the app recognizes a search, it’ll start to complete your search and in the top right-hand corner you’ll see a drop down menu to choose a different engine.

We were Promised Time Shift

Time Shift — a feature that shoots a few frames before and after you actually click the shutter to help you get the perfect shot — isn’t turned on by default. You have to select Time Shift from the options button at the top right-hand corner of the Camera app. Sadly, you can’t make a GIF out of all the frames.

Take a Photo From the Lock Screen

In the lower left corner of the lock screen you’ll see the universal icon for a camera. Tap and hold on that icon for a few seconds and the camera app will launch. Snap a photo by tapping the screen or tapping the volume up or down buttons.

Word Shortcuts

Fans of Text Expander will appreciate the ability to create shortcuts to words. BlackBerry 10 already has a list of word substitutions, but you can add your own. Head to Settings>Language and Input>Automated Assistance>Word Substitution, tap Add Shortcut at the bottom of the screen and start adding all your favorite words and ASCII art, like this historically accurate Twitter reaction to Google killing Reader.–> (╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻)

Find Your BlackBerry

Like Find My iPhone but with a hint of poutine. Actually the service is called BlackBerry Protect. But like Find My iPhone, it lets you pinpoint your missing Z10 on a map, send messages, have it sound an alarm, and remotely wipe the device from the Protect BlackBerry website.
To turn the service on, and you really should turn it on, head to Settings>BlackBerry Protect and just toggle it on. That’s it.

BlackBerry Has An App Problem With the Z10 and BB10

As it stands, the BlackBerry 10 platform has all the right building blocks you would expect as part of the core OS and firmware. It has a browser that renders the web as good as Chrome or Safari. It has the requisite communication tools in email and texting, and alongside these it integrates the major social networks in a workmanlike fashion. PDA functions are all available and sync with the major options in the cloud.
If Apple or Samsung released the BlackBerry Z10, everyone would call it boring. But those two companies probably wouldn't have introduced a device with such fanfare. BlackBerry, of course, had no choice.
For a consumer device, the BlackBerry Z10 reaches the baseline, and while it takes a little getting used to, a week or so with the smartphone and the main gestures that replace a hardware key for navigation become intuitive and easily remembered.

What I would regard as the ‘first wave’ of apps that would likely be installed (apps such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and FourSquare) are pre-installed, and all work with the system. Because of the nature of the OS, these apps behave far more like Android apps than BlackBerry apps. But they are in the handset out of the box, and because of that you’re looking at the majority of consumers being able to do the vast majority of tasks they want to do the second they switch on the handset.
BlackBerry (BBRY), the company that created some of the greatest mobile devices before the smartphone revolution, has had some comical lows over the past five years. Its new Z10, which AT&T (T, Fortune 500)and Verizon (VZ, Fortune 500) will soon start selling to U.S. customers, is an improvement. But it's not a savior for the struggling company.

That’s an important milestone, and one that BlackBerry should be applauded on. The fact that porting Android apps to BlackBerry is a trivial matter is a big win of you are looking at marketing through the volume of apps on the device.
But the apps don’t feel at home in my Z10. When you look at apps on iOS and especially on Windows Phones, the applications are clearly part of a certain OS, work in specific ways that are part of that OS, and they all have a similarity that makes them welcoming. I don’t feel that at the moment with the Z10.
I am glad that I have access to a number of important apps, but the issue BlackBerry will have is twofold. The first is that by relying on Android ported apps, the cohesive look of the OS is diluted. Some may see that as a fair trade, but it only works if you can get enough applications into the ecosystem. Which is the second issue.
Right now everyone could probably rattle off their three favourite mobile applications, and they would not all be on the BlackBerry platform. Instagram, NetFlix, Pandora, and Spotify spring to mind. For some people these are insignificant apps, for others they are game changers. Without them, they’re not going to consider the new BlackBerry platform.
I’ve already been in a situation where a platform has a promising OS that can be built on, that delivers a solid experience with the initial tools, and has the first wave of third party apps. Then you have to wait to see if developers will commit to the platform. Buying in to the platform at an early stage of its life (and more than likely buying in with a two year contract) is a big risk. Are you backing a company that has enough capital that it can get those developers on board, to develop the apps in a timely manner, in a way that is comparable to what is already available on other mobile platforms.
Microsoft has deep pockets, and even with a three year run on Windows Phone there are still gaps in the Windows Store of ‘important applications’. I have to ask myself if BlackBerry will be able to do a better job than Microsoft? As the Blackberry Z10 gets ready to launch in America, Windows Phone holds around 3% of the market. What can BlackBerry do differently, with less money, less resources, and less time?
Apart from ride on the coat-tails of Android…

The hardware is totally fine. It's one of the most perfectly proportioned phones as far as weight, thickness and screen size are concerned. But it's not better in any way than the best phones.
The design is clean and attractive in an understated way, but not exciting in the same way a phone like the HTC One is. The battery can get you through the day under moderate use, but it's not extraordinary. The 4G LTE is fast, and call quality is fine. But pretty much all phones do that well now.
The 1280x768 display is good, but every other top phone packs a pixel-dense, Retina grade display. The camera is respectable, but its abysmal low light performance means that it doesn't hold a flame to the camera found in Nokia's (NOK) Lumia 920.
And its brains -- a 1.5 GHz dual-core processor coupled with 2GB RAM -- is already a generation behind what's been announced by rivals so far this year.

BlackBerry needed a phone that could stand up against any other new device. But this is not a flagship phone. It's a device anyone else would be giving away for free with a two-year contract by the end of the year. And for BlackBerry, that obviously is not enough.
Still, even if the Z10 had the latest and greatest hardware, it would only be part of the equation.
Since BlackBerry maintains its own operating system, the company should be able to differentiate itself through software-centric design and features.
BlackBerry certainly improved its platform this time around, but even with the addition of its best new features, the update feels conservative. It's as if the company is wary of alienating its existing user base of corporate and government devotees.
So it doesn't matter that the new BlackBerry Hub feature is a wonderful way to keep track of every social network, messaging service, and communication platform in one fell swoop.
Nor does it matter that the new BlackBerry 10 operating system has one of the best multitasking solutions since Palm's ill-fated webOS -- which BlackBerry borrows generously from. No matter where you are in the OS, you can swipe up and you are taken to the home screen, where all your open apps are represented by tiles.
The problem is there are no apps you're going to want to use.
Sure there's Facebook and Twitter. But those are standard at this point. Foursquare? Increasingly irrelevant. LinkedIn? Zzz. Angry Birds? Please tell me you aren't still playing that.
Related: BlackBerry stock back from dead (for now) with Z10
Rdio is said to be developing a BB 10 app, but it's still nowhere to be found. You won't find any other major streaming entertainment services like Spotify, Soundcloud, Netflix or Hulu either.
Even the stock BlackBerry apps disappoint.
The browser is slow, unintuitive and unattractive. And while it functions well enough to get you the info you need, it's not a frictionless enough experience that you'll fire it up like it's second nature.
And remember how mad iPhone users were with that awful maps app? Spend five minutes with the one in BB 10 and Apple Maps will seem like a navigational oasis. And there's no Google Maps to choose as an alternative.
Despite these criticisms, the one thing BlackBerry can be proud of is its new keyboard. It's the best available on any mobile OS. The keys are well spaced and touch detection is as accurate as it gets.
The predictive text feature, which allows you to flick words up to the text entry field, is initially awkward to use, and slower than just typing. But it picks up on some of your conversational habits over time. If there are phrases you use regularly enough, you can construct entire sentences without typing a single letter.
Yet here's the problem. The keyboard is geared most towards BlackBerry's loyal core of technological Luddites who have been terrified of touchscreens for the past few years. The rest of the world has more or less adapted to touchscreen typing.
While Google (GOOG, Fortune 500) and Apple (AAPL, Fortune 500) have been feverishly collecting data and acquiring tech firms working on cutting-edge technologies so that they can build out features like Google Now and Siri, BlackBerry has been obsessing over a keyboard and seemingly nothing else.
And ultimately, that's the biggest reason to steer clear of the BlackBerry Z10. Everything may be functional, but nothing feels truly fresh or exciting. To top of page

BlackBerry gets order for a million Z10 smartphones

Score one for BlackBerry. Or 1 million to be exact.
Days ahead of its U.S. launch, the Canadian phone maker said it received an order for 1 million of its new Z10 smartphone -- making it the largest single order in its history.
According to the Associated Press, BlackBerry, formerly known as Research in Motion, did not disclose who placed the order. The company did say, however, that it came from an established partner and that shipments would begin immediately.

BlackBerry has two new devices, the touchscreen-only Z10 and the Q10, which has a physical keyboard. The company hasn't said when the Q10 will launch in the U.S., but Verizon and AT&T have begun taking orders for the Z10.
The touchscreen Z10 will be available first to AT&T customers, who will receive it or be able to pick it up in stores beginning March 22. Verizon customers will be able to get one as early as March 28. Both companies sell the device for $200 with a two-year contract.
T-Mobile has also said it will sell the BlackBerry Z10 but hasn't announced pricing or availability dates for consumers. Enterprise customers, however, can already place orders for the phone from the carrier.
The Z10 runs on BlackBerry 10, the latest version of the company's operating system. BlackBerry hopes the new device can help it regain a strong footing in the U.S. smartphone market, which is dominated by Apple and Android devices.

| Tricks For Android | How to Boot ? | How to Change Linux to android ?|

Android (Rooted): Whether you're troubleshooting a problematic PC or you just prefer working in your own OS with your own tools, keeping a Linux boot CD or USB key is a great way to take a customized system with you anywhere you go. With DriveDroid, you don't need to bother with media, and can use the gadget you carry with you all the time anyway: Your Android phone.
DriveDroid will, once connected to your PC, boot your computer to any ISO file or IMG disk image that's stored on your Android phone. Whether you just like working in Linux whenever possible but find yourself using other systems with other OSes installed already, or you like the idea of keeping a rescue disc on your smartphone instead of on optical media, this handy app can help.

Before you install, make sure you have plenty of room on your Android phone—you'll need the space for the Linux distro that you plan to download, and for any USB drive images you want to create for storage or for portable tools you'll need while your computer is booted in Linux. Once you have some space cleared, here's how the app works:

  1. Connect your phone to your PC via USB
  2. Open DriveDroid and Select the Linux distro that you'd like to run. You can choose from the 35MB SliTaz (which the developer recommends because its so small), or more popular distros like Arch Linux, Gentoo, Crunchbang, FreeBSD, and more.
  3. Once downloaded, select the distro you'd like DriveDroid to host, and enable it.
  4. Reboot your PC. If you haven't already, make sure your BIOS is set to boot to USB devices before booting from the hard drive.

That's all there is to it. If you have your own ISO or IMG file that you'd like to boot, whether it's Linux or Windows, you can use that image instead as long as it fits on your phone. Just copy the image over to your phone and drop it into the DriveDroid folder so the app can see it. Then select it when you open the app, and reboot your PC.

Similarly, if you boot your system to an image, then customize that image with a blank USB image on your phone, you can turn that into a bootable image file and use that to have a completely customized linux distro that you carry around on your phone, complete with all of the apps and tools you need to get work done. Hit the link below to grab DriveDroid, and then visit the developer's website for more information and tips on getting Windows running using DriveDroid.

| All About Samsung GALAXY S4 | Samsung’s Galaxy S4 is unveiled on March 14 at Radio City Music Hall in New York. The slim, feature-rich Galaxy S4 was introduced as Samsung’s new champion in the fiercely competitive smartphone arena, scheduled to roll out in 155 countries in late April.

First Samsung GALAXY S4 new image posted on http://myandroidsoft.blogspot.in/

NEW YORK — Samsung Electronics is ratcheting up its rivalry with Apple with its new Galaxy S4 smartphone, which has a larger, sharper screen than its predecessor, the bestselling S III.
Samsung trumpeted the much-anticipated phone’s arrival Thursday at an event accompanied by a live orchestra while an audience of thousands watched the theatrics unfold on a four-level stage at Radio City Music Hall. Summoning up a touch of Broadway, Samsung employed 17 actors to demonstrate the new phone’s features in a series of scripted vignettes.

The Galaxy S4, which crams a 5-inch screen into body slightly smaller than the S III’s, will go sale in the U.S. sometime between the end of April and the end of June.
In the U.S., it will be sold by all four national carriers — Verizon Wireless, AT&T, Sprint Nextel and T-Mobile USA — as well as by smaller ones US Cellular and Cricket. All told, Samsung plans to offer the Galaxy 4 S through 327 carriers in 155 countries, giving it a wider reach than Apple’s iPhone 5.
Samsung didn’t say what the phone will cost, but it can be expected to start at $200 with a two-year contract in the U.S. That’s comparable to the iPhone 5.

JK Shin, the executive in charge of Samsung’s mobile communications division, promised the money would be well spent for a “life companion” that will “improve the way most people live every day.”
That bold promise set the tone for the kind of flashy presentation associated with the showmanship of Apple, the company that Samsung has been trying to upstage. Apple contends Samsung has been trying to do it by stealing its ideas — an allegation has triggered bitter courtroom battles around the world.
In the last two years, Samsung has emerged as Apple’s main competitor in the high-end smartphone market. At the same time, it has sold enough inexpensive low-end phones to edge out Nokia Corp. as the world’s largest maker of phones.
The Galaxy line has been Samsung’s chief weapon in the smartphone fight, and it has succeeded in making it a recognizable brand while competitors like Taiwan’s HTC Corp. and Korean rival LG have stumbled. Samsung has sold 100 million Galaxy S phones since they first came out in 2010. That’s still well below the 268 million iPhones Apple has sold in the same period, but Samsung’s sales rate is catching up.
Research firm Strategy Analytics said the Galaxy S III overtook Apple’s iPhone 4S as the world’s bestselling smartphone for the first time in the third quarter of last year, as Apple fans were holding off for the iPhone 5. The iPhone 5 took back the crown in the fourth quarter.
One way Samsung and other makers of Android phone have been one-upping Apple is by increasing the screen size. Every successive generation of the Galaxy line has been bigger than the one before. The S III sported a screen that measureS4.8 inches on the diagonal, already substantially larger than the iPhone 5’S4-inch screen. The S4’s screen is 56 per cent larger than the iPhone’s.
In a Wednesday interview, Apple marketing chief Phil Schiller declined to discuss whether Apple is considering enlarging the screen on the next model of the iPhone, which is expected to be released later this year. He said Apple remains confident that the iPhone 5 is the most useful and elegant smartphone available, hailing it as “the most beautiful consumer electronics device ever created.”
Samsung believes the S4 will set the new standard.
Apart from the larger screen and upgraded processor, the S4 has a battery that’s 20 per cent larger than that of the S III. Samsung didn’t say if that translates into a longer battery life — the added capacity might be gobbled up by the bigger screen or other internal changes.
The S4 comes with a built-in infra-red diode, so it can control an entertainment centre as a universal remote. This is a feature that has showed up in Android tablets before.
The S4 comes with several new technologies intended to help users interact with the phone. For instance, the screen now senses fingers hovering just above the screen, and some applications react. The Mail application shows the first few lines of an email when a finger hovers above it in the list, and the Gallery application shows an expanded thumbnail.
Users can control some other applications by making gestures in the air above the phone. In the browser, you can command the screen to scroll up by swiping from top to bottom a few inches from the phone.
The Camera application can now use both the front and rear cameras simultaneously, inserting a small picture of the user even as he’s capturing the scene in front of him.
When several S4s are in close proximity, they can link up to play the same music, simultaneously — perfect for headphone dance parties.

The Galaxy S4 also will include a tool that enables users to create a dividing line so part of the phone is devoted exclusively to work while the other part is filled with personal information and photos. The feature is similar to a function on the latest BlackBerry — an indication that Samsung is going after other smartphone makers besides Apple with its latest model.

The new features illustrate Samsung’s drive to make its phones stand out from the crowd of Android smartphones. Jan Dawson, an analyst with Ovum, said they could be seen as “gimmicks rather than game changers.”
“At this point, Samsung appears to be trying to kill the competition with sheer volume of new features — there should be something here for everyone, even if most of these new features won’t be used by most users,” he said.
While the event in New York was going on, Samsung Electronics Co. kicked off its annual meeting in Seoul. CEO, Kwon Oh-Hyun, told the audience that he expects slow growth in the global consumer electronics market, except in smartphones, where sales are still zooming.
